Terms and Conditions for Visitors of Hot Pots World 2026

Welcome to Hot Pots World 2026. By registering to attend this event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Registration: All visitors must register to attend the event. Registration can be completed online. Visitors below 16 years of age are not allowed into the exhibition hall. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.

Admission: Admission to the event is at the discretion of the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for any reason, including failure to comply with these terms and conditions, venue rules, safety instructions, or applicable laws and regulations.

Conduct: Visitors are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in removal from the event.

Food Sampling and Tasting: Visitors may have the opportunity to sample food and beverage products offered by exhibitors or event partners. All tasting activities are voluntary and undertaken at the visitor's own discretion.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Visitors are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, and dietary suitability before consuming any food or beverage samples. The organizers shall not be liable for any allergic reaction, food intolerance, or health issue arising from food or beverage consumption at the event.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Visitors must comply with all hygiene, safety, and crowd-control instructions given by the organizers, venue staff, exhibitors, or appointed contractors. Visitors must not touch, handle, or consume food samples unless permitted by the relevant exhibitor or event staff.

Cooking Demonstrations and Hot Equipment: The event may include live cooking demonstrations, hot surfaces, boiling liquids, sharp tools, kitchen equipment, and other operational activities. Visitors must keep a safe distance from demonstration areas and follow all safety instructions. The organizers shall not be liable for injury caused by failure to follow safety directions.

Alcoholic Beverages: If alcoholic beverages are served or sampled at the event, visitors must comply with applicable legal drinking age requirements and venue rules. The organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or remove any visitor who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

Photography and Recording: Photography and recording of the event are allowed only with the express permission of the organizers. Unauthorized photography or recording is strictly prohibited.

Product Purchases and Business Transactions: Any purchase, order, negotiation, or business arrangement made between visitors and exhibitors is strictly between the relevant parties. The organizers is not responsible for product quality, delivery, payment, warranty, claims, or disputes arising from such transactions.

Personal Health Responsibility: Visitors should not attend the event if they are feeling unwell or have symptoms of contagious illness. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or request any visitor to leave if their health condition may pose a risk to others.

Prohibited Items: Visitors must not bring hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or any items that may affect food safety, public safety, or event operations.

Liability: The organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, food intolerance, or other health issue sustained during or in connection with attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
