Official Announcement
New dates. Bangkok’s iconic Siam Paragon. Stronger industry partnerships across food, hospitality and media.
A landmark destination and influential Thai partners are setting the stage for the exciting debut of Hot Pots World. KEME Exhibitions Ltd is thrilled to announce that the inaugural event will now take place on 8–10 January 2027 at Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon, Bangkok. This updated staging brings together a prestigious new location, deeper local connections, and an industry conference led by our local strategic advisor and partner.
The move marks an important step forward for Hot Pots World, bringing the exhibition to one of Bangkok’s most prestigious and internationally recognized lifestyle destinations while strengthening its exhibition program, industry partnerships and visitor experience.
Following encouraging feedback from Thailand’s food and restaurant community, the Organizing Committee has consulted closely with exhibitors, supporting organizations and advisors. Their insights have helped shape the next stage of the event’s development and reinforced the decision to introduce this strategic enhancement ahead of the show’s debut.
Located in Bangkok’s vibrant Siam district, Siam Paragon is an internationally recognized luxury shopping and lifestyle destination, bringing together renowned international brands, dining and entertainment and drawing 300,000 visitors on average in daily traffic. Its direct connection to Siam BTS Station makes it convenient to reach for both local and international visitors.
Within this landmark destination, Paragon Hall provides a premium setting for Hot Pots World, positioning the event at the heart of Bangkok’s retail and lifestyle scene. It gives exhibitors greater visibility and creates a more engaging destination to discover the products, ingredients, technologies, concepts and business opportunities in the hot pot industry.
To make the most of this new setting, Hot Pots World is bringing together food-industry expertise, extensive market connections and influential media reach — strengths that will help shape both the exhibition experience and its engagement with Thailand’s food community.
Hot Pots World is honored to welcome Dr. Panusak Palawatpong, DHC, as Honorary Advisor. As the Founder and President of DO FOOD, Dr. Palawatpong also serves as Vice President and Chairman of the Food Ingredients and Ready-to-Eat Processors’ Group of the Thai Food Processors’ Association. With extensive experience in food manufacturing and strong relationships throughout Thailand’s food and beverage sector, he provides valuable industry insight and helps strengthen the exhibition’s engagement with manufacturers, food innovators, restaurant operators and other key stakeholders.
Complementing this industry leadership is Torpenguin, Hot Pots World’s Strategic Partner. Founded by Mr. Thanapong Vongchinsri, the platform connects with Thailand’s restaurant and hospitality communities through business content, books and professional education. A restaurateur and restaurant-business author, TorPenguin is also a driving force behind the Restaurant Business Academy and Thailand’s Restaurant MBA program.
With a combined social following of 1.4–2 million across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X, Torpenguin brings substantial communication reach alongside its connections with restaurant operators, café owners, food entrepreneurs and hospitality professionals. That expertise will come to life through a dedicated industry conference hosted by Torpenguin, adding a focused professional dimension to the exhibition.
Most importantly, 11 leading industry organizations — including six Thai partners — have joined to support the event across food manufacturing, future food, F&B, and dining sectors. Their backing validates the show’s cross-sector appeal and grounds it firmly in the region’s trade network.
Together, the upgraded venue, expanded partnerships, professional conference, and growing network will deliver an unbeatable platform for business growth, market access, industry insights, and meaningful connections.
We sincerely thank our exhibitors, partners, supporting organizations and industry community for their continued confidence and support. More announcements on conference speakers, international participation, strategic partnerships and exhibition highlights will be released in the coming months.
